We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to expand and support our client base in the field of industrial Electrical equipments and automation. They possess a strong understanding of industrial processes, sales techniques, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling them to identify and cultivate profitable opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage sales opportunities across India and globally.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and contribute to strategic expansion plans.
- Present technical solutions and product demonstrations tailored to client needs in the electrical (Cable Trays) and automation domain.
- Must thoroughly understand the technical features and benefits of the products or services.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand and communicate technical capabilities and customization options.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote products and gather market intelligence.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in electronics, automation, and control systems.
- Provide post-sales support and coordinate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology (BE/BTech) in Instrumentation & Controls, Electronics and Communication, or a related field.
- Diploma in Electronics and Communication, Electrical, or a relevant field.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) /(Msc) in Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechnical.
- Strong understanding of industrial process control systems

**Experience Requirements**:

- 5-8 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role.
- Passion for sales, teamwork, and professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
