We are seeking a talented AutoCAD Designer with expertise in HVAC calculations, duct sizing, and BOQ calculations to join our skilled team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation & Business Development**:

- Actively prospect and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify new business opportunities in both residential and commercial HVAC markets.
- Conduct outbound calls, meetings, and presentations to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- **Customer Consultation & Solution Selling**:

- Provide consultations to clients regarding HVAC system design, energy efficiency, and product selection.
- Perform site visits to assess customer requirements and provide accurate estimates.
- Offer personalized HVAC solutions, including equipment sales, installation, and after-sales services.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our products and services, emphasizing energy savings and environmental sustainability.
- **Collaboration with Technical & Support Teams**:

- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of HVAC systems.
- Address customer concerns or issues related to product quality, installation, and post-sale service.
- **Customer Service & Retention**:

- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction with HVAC systems and services.
- Assist customers with maintenance plans, repairs, and upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional HVAC services.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:

- Stay updated on the latest HVAC industry trends, products, and technologies.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and attend relevant training sessions to enhance sales skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in sales or a related field **(minimum 1 to 3 years] years preferred).**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
