Job Responsibilities Include:
*Follow up with existing students and identify their queries.
*Extend support to potential students.
*Brief the students about our course in detail and understand their needs accordingly.
- Responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

Excellent English communication skills and basic computer knowledge is a pre-requisite for applying.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

- Mangalore - 575002, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)
