Location: Alva's Education Foundation, Vidyagiri, Moodbidri, D.K. Dist., Karnataka, India – 574227

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Week Off: Sundays

Experience Required: 3+ years experience (Preferred as Counselor)

Qualifications: Graduate preferred

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team. This role primarily involves outreach to prospective students and their families, helping them understand the courses offered at Aerodynamiks Academy, and assisting with the application and enrollment process. The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for guiding students towards their educational aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Acquisition:

• Plan, forecast, and analyze market demand and student trends to inform recruitment strategies.
• Execute and diligently monitor successful student recruitment processes.
• Achieve clearly defined daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Conduct outbound and receive inbound calls from potential students and parents, effectively generating leads and driving enrollments.
• Propose corrective action plans proactively when recruitment deviates from established goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, parents, and relevant business associates.
• Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students and parents, offering guidance on course options and facilitating the processing of necessary documents for bank loans.
• Cultivate and maintain strong rapport with prospective students throughout the engagement process.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports detailing student counseling activities, follow-up efforts, and application submissions.
• Manage end-to-end operational tasks following the successful onboarding of a student.
• Report daily progress and key activities to the Manager.

Student Retention:

• Articulate detailed information about offered courses to effectively convert prospective inquiries into enrolled students.
• Instruct students on essential career development techniques, including job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation skills.
• Provide supportive counseling to students, addressing any personal or academic challenges that may impact their educational journey.
• Identify opportunities to refer students to more advanced programs offered by the institute based on thorough assessments of their skills and interests.
• Conduct meetings with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, academic performance, and future educational priorities.
• Collaborate effectively with faculty, center heads, and administrators in the ongoing evaluation and holistic development of students.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate student records in accordance with management guidelines and requirements.
