Academic Counselor

MicroDegree is an online education company based out of Mangalore. We create cutting
- edge online courses in local languages for working professionals in Cloud Computing, Data Sciences, Software Engineering, and Development. Some of our successful programs, such as Amazon Web Services, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Machine Learning & AI, etc., intake a few thousand students yearly.

**What will be your responsibilities?**
- Being a mentor and guide, who potential learners can look up to for career advice.
- Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how MicroDegree can catalyse their career.
- Carrying monthly enrollment/revenue and collection targets.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone calls, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.

**Qualification**:

- Experience: 0-1 years in tele sales in any industry (education preferred )/ MBA freshers can apply.
- Must Know Kannada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
