**Role Overview**:
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales in the field by directly engaging with customers, building relationships, and promoting products or services. This role involves traveling to meet clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales to achieve targets.
Location: Kandivali
Experience: 4-5 years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, networking, and visits to potential clients.
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to build a strong customer base.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- **Client Meetings and Relationship Building**:
- Meet with clients regularly to understand their requirements, recommend solutions, and close sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting products/services effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance regularly to adjust strategies and improve results.
- Submit regular sales reports to management.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Gather customer feedback and competitor information to recommend product improvements or new solutions.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and features to effectively present them to clients.
- Attend training sessions and conferences to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- **Sales Administration**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Process orders and follow up on payments.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in direct sales or field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
- **Sales Techniques**: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting leads into sales.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision, and handle the demands of a field sales role.
- **Driving License**: A valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently is typically required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
