Client Relationship Management:Establish and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Regularly communicate with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Needs Analysis and Solution Development:Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' requirements and goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Present proposals, solutions, and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Project Coordination:Coordinate the execution of projects and deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementation.
Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and keep clients informed about project milestones.
Customer Support:Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure clients have a smooth and positive experience with our products/services.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to explore potential expansion of business with current clients.
Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, interactions, and communications in the CRM system.
Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular reports on client interactions, project status, and client satisfaction metrics.
Analyze client feedback and trends to make informed recommendations for process improvements.
Market Insights:Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to better serve clients.
