We’re looking for an Account management trainee or an Intern with 6 months in any agency or marketing role. You’ll be assisting the Senior Account Manager to develop comprehensive brand strategies and plans. Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand promotions for your respective brands. If strategizing for social media is your passion, then this opportunity might be for you.

Job description:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand and assess client needs, objectives, and expectations to tailor brand strategies accordingly and ensure client satisfaction, along with proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they align with brand objectives and client expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in the organization, including creative, digital, and sales teams, to deliver successful campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions for ongoing brand improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Use research findings to identify opportunities for brand growth and enhancement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- A high level of time management and attention to detail are required for the role.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
- Proficiency in marketing and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of market research techniques and data interpretation.
- Enthusiasm and a passion for brand management and marketing.
- Previous experience in account management or marketing is a plus but not mandatory. Agency experience is a bonus.

Pay: ₹9,600.32 - ₹12,000.00 per month
