**Job Title**: Franchise Sales Executive - Intern
**Location**: TSF Variety Mega Mall, Patna

**About Us**:
TSF Variety Mega Mall, a division of The Sunday Factory, is a growing retail chain offering a diverse range of lifestyle products, from home decor and personal care items to confectionery and smart gadgets. We are expanding our footprint through a franchise model and are seeking a proactive and driven Franchise Sales Executive to help us achieve this growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to potential franchise partners.
- Present the TSF Variety Mega Mall franchise model to prospective franchisees through meetings, presentations, and events.
- Guide potential franchisees through the onboarding process, including explaining investment requirements, franchise agreements, and operational support.
- Achieve franchise sales targets as set by the management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure franchisees are set up for success.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential franchise partners and manage relationships with prospects.
- Assist in organizing franchise expos and other promotional events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (graduation year between 2019 and 2024). Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Previous sales or franchise development experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
