Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads and set appointments for B2B

clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent

communication.
- Effectively handle lead generation processes, ensuring the accurate collection of data

and appointments.
- Engage with prospects and clients in a professional manner to understand their needs

and convert opportunities.
- Use Google Sheets, web forms, and CRM tools to track client interactions, leads, and

appointments.
- Maintain records of client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Assist in managing lead data and appointments, collaborating with the internal team to

meet client expectations.
- Achieve daily targets and consistently meet performance metrics for outbound calling

and appointment setting.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in B2B, outbound telemarketing, lead generation, and

appointment setting.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English, with an ability to effectively

engage with US-based clients.
- Able and committed to work in US business timings (9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time),

with a minimum of 6 dialing hours per day.
- Prior experience with outbound calling campaigns, handling client appointments, and

lead qualification.
- Knowledge of using dialers and CRM tools (such as Vicidial, Zoom, Vonage) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking appointments and client

communications.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
