We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic **Customer Care Representative** to join our growing team at BR Ceramics. In this role, you will interact with customers, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will be **responsible for calling leads, answering inbound calls, and providing information in both English and Hindi.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and proactively call leads to discuss BR Ceramics products and services.
- Understand customer needs and coordinate with Team members
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Document customer interactions, process orders, and update accounts in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on BR Ceramics’ products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance.
- Follow-up on delegated Task with all internal Team members.
- Coordination with all Departments

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience in a customer service or in leads calling is preferred.**:

- **Fluency in both English and Hindi (spoken and basic written) is essential.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Preferred-knowledge of using (software, e.g., CRM systems, MS Office].
- High school diploma or equivalent (**Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).**:

- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
