**Sales & Marketing Associate(Inhouse/field)**

OBJECTIVE SOLUTIONS is since 2001, our group has solid experience in providing software solutions to variety of industry domain. OBJECTIVE SOLUTIONS has added multiple SAAS based products solutions as an add-on which holds and allow us to develop an efficient working relationship with client teams across multiple geograthies and enabled to graduate as their strategic partners

**Responsibilities**:

- Should be capable of finding new clients through from our data base, new prospects found via search and General Networking.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through Cold Calling from our data base & networking
- Initiate contact with prospective clients, introduce our company and its product offerings, and create interest in our solutions.
- Generate Leads of interested parties and share them with the reporting manager
- Excellent Communication Skills fore Client management.
- Arrange the meeting with client for field persons & Co-ordinate with field work persons for meetings & software demo.
- Perform remote meeting, on field meetings as required and demonstrate the Services and Softwareassociated with the offerings.
- Regularly follow up with clients on inquiries, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.

**Required Skill Set**:

- Strong skills in searching for new clients and leads from various sources.
- Excellent skills in understanding client requirements and presenting our solutions accordingly.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Being competitive and willing to work under set guidelines and business expectations.

CANDIDATES LIVING IN PUNE ARE PREFERRED

**Experience**: 0-1 year

**Education: Any fresher graduate from marketing background or experience.**

**Time**: 9:00am - 6:00 pm (mon-sat)
