**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a smart, proactive Marketing & Operations Associate to support the founder in day-to-day operations and creative workflows across brand mandates. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone looking to learn the ropes of how a creative and digital marketing agency runs behind the scenes.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in daily coordination between internal teams and external partners
- Provide creative support to the content, social media, and design teams—helping with briefs, approvals, and timelines
- Manage internal trackers, basic reporting, and project follow-through
- Help streamline operational workflows for smoother execution
- Support the founder directly with both administrative and creative tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communication, or business operations (freshers welcome)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Comfortable with basic digital tools—Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Excel, etc.
- Interest in creative industries, marketing, and operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritise without constant supervision

**Bonus If You**:

- Have worked in a creative agency or startup environment
- Are comfortable handling coordination across time zones
- Bring a sense of initiative and a “figure-it-out” attitude
