Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with key clients
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Act as the point of contact for clients for all sales-related queries
- Develop a solid understanding of clients' needs and identify sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Present new or additional products and services to existing clients
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the real estate industry
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
