**Sales Executive for IT firm (Domestic)**

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Bring new clients for Company
- Lead Generation & Conversion - Take charge of the end-to-end sales pipeline for inbound and outbound sales efforts Carry monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and aim to exceed them sales performance based on the existing pipeline
- Generate more business from existing clients for account growth.
- Meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the new business network. Identify potential clients.
- Generation and conversion of leads for our variety of product & services it/ software product and services.
- Ability to explain technical concept in simple term.
- Take full responsibilities with the dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for the information from the start to the end of the process.
- Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies.
- Experience in doing market &customer research and presenting a coherent picture of your research
- Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment

**Skills: -**
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships
- Influencing & negotiation skills
- Hands on experience with CRM tools, HubSpot, WordPress, UI/UX, iOS/ Android etc.
- Someone who networks, makes connections, builds relationships, generates and pursues opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

**Experience: - **Minimum of 1-6 years of Pre-sales or sales solutioning experience in the B2B space in a technology driven environment.

**Qualifications: -**Any (Graduate / Post Graduate)
- 1+ years of experience working in new Business Development / client acquisition/ Software/IT in the Indian market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Focused and goal-oriented

**Location**: Bangalore

**Salary**: From ₹200,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- UK shift
