This is a Transactional Tax Executive role, reporting to Manager and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore. You will be responsible for providing tax expertise in the area of capital structures, legal structures, cross border reorganizations, transfer pricing, intra-group arrangements, tax accounting and reporting or any other tax matters as well as tax strategies that reflect overall strategy and global initiatives.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Responsible for correct calculation of tax liabilities, preparation of Tax Packages, GL Data extraction from SAP and reconciliation for direct tax return purpose.
- Should have good working experience in SAP /MS Office.
- Should have good working experiences in filing of US Tax returns.
- Should have problem solving ability as he/she will be responsible to resolve functional tax issues with respect to USA as well as other overseas countries.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in commerce, MBA/CA inter.
- 4-6 Years of working experiences in USA Direct Tax & Property Tax.
- Good working knowledge in US Sales & Use Tax.
