Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound leads and explain project details to potential buyers.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits.
  • Negotiate, close bookings, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with CRM and finance teams for smooth documentation.

Qualification: Graduates/Relevant Experience

Experience: 1 - 4 Years in real estate (handling farmland projects is a plus)

Key Skills:

  • Excellent English communication & proficiency in 2 regional languages.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Lead generation and follow-up ability.
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
