
Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office files, records, and documents in an organized manner
- Perform data entry, printing, photocopying, and scanning tasks
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment
- Support day-to-day tasks of HR, Admin, and Accounts departments as required
- Coordinate internal meetings and assist with scheduling and logistics
- Collect and deliver documents or packages within or outside the office
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other basic documentation
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the work environment
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in an administrative or office support role
- **Language**: Should be able to read/write English; fluency in [local language] is a plus
- **Other Skills**: Good communication, discipline, punctuality, and a helpful attitude
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in handling office equipment like printers, scanners, etc.
- Familiarity with courier handling and basic filing systems
- Willingness to assist in multiple departments
