Profile introduction:

- Join our dynamic team as a Hotel/Resort Booking Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless experiences for our guests. You'll be at the forefront of customer service, utilizing your expertise in hospitality and exceptional communication skills to curate unforgettable stays for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized recommendations and information about room availability, rates, and amenities to prospective guests.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill special requests, ensuring guests' needs and preferences are met.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions within our reservation system.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns to guarantee guest satisfaction before, during, and after their stay.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special packages, seasonal offers, and upselling opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proficiency in reservation management software/systems.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, in multiple languages is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Languages: English, Marathi, Hindi.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
