As a Coordinator for People and Culture, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders, who combine global experience and a strong focus on technology.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing employee records and documentation.
- Maintain and manage reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support payroll processing and other HR-related activities.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration within the team.
- Organize and coordinate team events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools.
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and software.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent at following instructions and processes.
- **Languages**: Must be able to speak and read Gujarati fluently.

Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹32,500.00 per month
