**What your main responsibilities are**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Guide managers and their teams in developing roadmaps and prioritizing features based on their strategic value to customers and the corporation in close collab with IT
- Define both long-term and short-term process roadmap in sync with HQ global pricing process organization to achieve the enterprise vision and create impact.
- Build and maintain excellent connect with IT development partners and collaborate with them to meet rollout and launch commitment.
- Continuously collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to align on product release timelines and launch schedules.
- Effectively balance the competing demands of innovation, creativity, quality, and technical & operational excellence.
- Promote a culture of product development that values research, analysis, data-driven experimentation, and user feedback.
- Champion CDD (Customer Driven Design) and Design Thinking by putting the customer at the center of product design and development.
- Play a hands-on product leader role, responsible to build and nurture a high-performing product team by recruiting talented product managers, mentoring and coaching them, developing their skills, and creating a positive team culture.

**What we are looking for**

**Education & Experience**
- Graduation in Engineering (tech) with a master’s in business is preferred - BE/BTECH + MBA.
- Work Experience: 12 + years, with at least 6+ years in Process Management/ Applications/ Automation
- Proven experience as a Product Leader / Director of Delivery / Head of Process Mgmt role with strong people management skills

- Process Management: Skilled in crafting process roadmaps, along with a deep understanding of product development lifecycles. Possesses a proven understanding of business functions, technology stacks, and user experience design.
- Project/program Management: Demonstrated capabilities in leading and accomplishing large-scale initiatives that span multiple teams with experience in scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment & mitigation.
- Leadership: Proven leadership capabilities, adept at guiding and inspiring teams across the organization's hierarchy. Skilled in steering decision-making processes and fostering agreement among diverse stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills & communication: Seamlessly communicate with all levels and build effective working relationships using strong interpersonal skills.
- Critical Thinking: Evaluate, analyze, and interpret information, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions. Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them with clear and logical thinking.
- Problem-Solving: Identify/anticipate problems and develop effective solutions by thinking logically and creatively and be resourceful.
- Cross functional teams: Should have worked with cross functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Business, Design, etc.)
