The exchange facilitates trading across a diverse portfolio, positioning itself among the top global exchanges by volume of futures contracts traded.Joining this organization means becoming part of a dynamic, market-leading institution that plays a critical role in India's commodity marketsJob DescriptionDrive execution of strategic business priorities by coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking milestones.Manage projects and special initiatives prioritized by the MD & CEO, providing regular updates and resolving challenges.Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes to support executive decision-making.Track and report on business actions, deadlines, and risks, ensuring transparent communication with management.Assign and follow-up on action items, holding stakeholders accountable for timely deliverables.Identify and resolve bottlenecks through proactive problem-solving and escalation with actionable recommendations.Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.The Successful ApplicantThe Ideal CandidateHolds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.Brings 15 - 17+ years of experience in strategy, project management, or operations, ideally within financial services or IT/IT-enabled services industries.Demonstrates proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects and working closely with C-suite executives.Possesses excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Is highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and adept at strategic thinking and problem-solving.Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.Thrives in dynamic environments and adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
