Chief of Staff – MD’s Office- Analytics & Reporting Location: Mumbai Industry: BFSI (Fortune 200 Financial Services Company) Experience: 2-5 Years Salary Range: ₹25-30 Lakhs per annum including Bonus Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Premium Institute (MBA or CA qualification preferred) The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Managing Director (MD) of a leading BFSI Fortune 200 company. This is a highly strategic and dynamic role, ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, excellent business acumen, and the ability to manage key projects and executive-level decision-making processes. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping to prioritize the MD’s initiatives, drive business goals, and ensure seamless operations within the leadership team. Strategic Planning: Support the MD in defining, developing, and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives. - Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and effective collaboration between teams. - Business Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to support decision-making. - Leadership Support: Act as a key point of contact for the MD, preparing executive briefs, reports, presentations, and internal communication on key initiatives. - Streamline processes within the MD’s office, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient communication between internal teams and stakeholders. - Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities and objectives. - Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institute, with a specialization in Business Administration or Chartered Accountancy. Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in financial services, consulting, or a similar high-growth industry. - Analytical Skills: Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights. - Proven experience working with senior leadership and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft high-level executive briefs and reports. - Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. -
