We are looking for a
highly analytical, ownership-driven professional
to partner directly with the CEO.

This role demands
strong data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to take full P&L responsibility
of business units when required. Acting as the CEO's right hand, the Executive Coordinator / Chief of Staff will ensure
operational excellence, accountability, and execution speed
across the organization.

Beyond technical capability, the ideal candidate is
grounded, approachable, and down-to-earth
— someone who combines humility with high performance, and can communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, analyze, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards
    across functions.
  • Drive initiatives with complete ownership
    , including end-to-end responsibility for execution and
    P&L of business units
    .
  • Maintain structured delegation tracker for CEO's directives and ensure
    100% task closure
    .
  • Track and measure success of sales, marketing campaigns, ORM activities, and operations.
  • Act as a
    bridge between CEO and all departments
    , ensuring alignment of priorities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for CEO meetings and reviews.
  • Support HR in hiring, onboarding, and tracking performance of key talent.
  • Evaluate new markets, partnerships, and campaigns with
    data-backed recommendations
    .
  • Conduct
    surprise audits
    on processes, marketing campaigns, and sales execution.
  • Need to travel at times extensively.
  • Working hours can go beyond 10 to 7; role is outcome-driven, not limited to number of hours.
  • Maintain a
    grounded, practical, and high-ownership leadership approach
    in all initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent professional qualification preferred. (not at all mandatory)

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in data analytics, business operations, consulting, or CEO's office roles.
  • Strong track record of owning P&L or business unit performance.
  • Experience in process building, dashboards, and cross-functional leadership.
