We are looking for a crazy executioner for one of our Series A Enterprise/AI portfolio companies. This role is all about fixing what's broken, driving priorities across functions, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. If you thrive on putting structure to chaos, navigating ambiguity, and taking extreme ownership, this one's for you.

Who You Are:

  • 4 - 5 years of work experience.
  • 2+ years of either consulting background or experience at a fast growing B2B SaaS startup.
  • Prior entrepreneurial or founding experience is a plus, although not mandatory.
  • Strong bias for action, structured problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Willing to relocate to Mumbai (not a remote role).

Responsibilities:

As Chief of Staff, you will act as an extension of the CEO's office and a force multiplier for the leadership team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Strategic Execution

  • Partner with the CEO on key strategic priorities and drive them to completion.
  • Translate business goals into cross-functional initiatives and ensure accountability.
  • Evaluate and incubate new business opportunities and partnerships.

2. Business Performance Management

  • Define and track company-wide OKRs, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Monitor performance of business units and identify gaps.
  • Run operating reviews with function heads and ensure follow-through on action items.

3. Leadership Enablement

  • Support the CEO in preparing for board meetings, investor reviews, and client interactions.
  • Create briefing notes, strategy docs, and decision frameworks for the leadership team.
  • Act as a sounding board and thought partner to the CEO.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Drive internal projects spanning Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and HR.
  • Act as the connective tissue across teams to solve bottlenecks.
  • Ensure communication flows smoothly between CEO, leadership, and broader organization.

5. Operational Excellence

  • Streamline decision-making processes by setting up scalable systems and structures.
  • Establish best practices around governance, cadence, and reporting.
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.

6. Special Projects & Ad-hoc Initiatives

  • Take ownership of high-priority projects that don't neatly fit into a single function.
  • Lead external research, benchmarking, and market intelligence efforts.
  • Step in to temporarily lead or support functions during leadership transitions or scaling phases.
