**Min 2 years experience in NON IT recruitment preferably in industry Oil & Gas, Civil & Infra projects like Metro, Railways, EPC Design, Heavy Engineering..**

**Job Summary**:

- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Source talent (**Non** **IT Recruitments **) in line with business requirements and ensure high profile conversion
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the Hiring needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications, job descriptions and evaluation processes for select positions.
- Drafts recruitment advertisements: posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
- Selects one or more placement agencies to assist with the recruitment process. Manages recruitment consultants and sets clear expectations.
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
- Represents company at campus events and collaborates during the recruitment drive.
- **Required Skills/Abilities**:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and local employment laws and regulations.
- Technical recruiter 4+ Years, Sr Technical Recruiter 8+Years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
