**Working days - 6 days working (5 days from office and Saturdays from home )**

**Location - Chembur, Mumbai**

**CTC - Upto 10 LPA ( depending upon the current compensation)**

**Note - Experience in working formanufacturing clients or manufacturing industry is mandatory**

**Roles and Responsibilities -**

2. Develop recruitment strategies and plans for non-technical role

3. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

4. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.

6. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

**Qualifications:

- **

1. Minimum 3 + years of experience in hiring for Non tech\ non-IT roles.

2. Working experience for Manufacturing Industry/ Clients mandatory.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. End to end recruitment handling experience

4. Well versed with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn and other applicant tracking systems
