We are looking for an experienced IT and Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team.
**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for IT and non-IT roles.
Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and job boards.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, and networking.
Screening:
Conduct phone screenings and face-to-face interviews, and coordinate technical assessments if required.
Client and Hiring Manager
Liaison:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and role specifications.
Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to manage expectations and ensure successful placement.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
Adjust recruitment strategies based on market changes and organizational needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting for both IT and non-IT positions.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
