- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT, Non-IT, and Sales positions.
- **Client Collaboration**:

- **Market Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IT, Non-IT, and Sales recruitment, including salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools, sourcing channels, and recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
- **Compliance & Best Practices**:

- Ensure recruitment processes adhere to all relevant legal, regulatory, and company compliance requirements.
- Stay informed on best practices and implement innovative recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting for IT, Non-IT, and Sales roles.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the IT, Non-IT, and Sales industries, including the key skills and qualifications required for success.
- **Interviewing Skills**: Proven ability to conduct thorough and effective interviews, both technical and behavioral.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
