Tele Caller Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services and generate leads.
- Follow up with existing leads to schedule appointments or provide further information.
- Assist in managing customer queries and offering product or service details.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals and improve lead conversion rates.
- Provide administrative support to the team as required.
- Learn and implement effective telecalling techniques and customer service practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to engage with customers over the phone.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
