**Job Description: Telecaller (Counselor) for Coaching Institution**

**Position**: Telecaller (Counselor)
**Location**: Guwahati

**Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling and Lead Conversion**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students to explain the courses offered by the institution.
- Counsel students regarding the benefits of joining our coaching programs for APPSC, APSSB, TGT, PGT, and other exams.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address inquiries and provide detailed information about course offerings, schedules, and fees.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets as set by the management.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain a record of calls, inquiries, and feedback in the institution's CRM system.
- Regularly update the database with new leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Market Understanding**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in the competitive exam coaching industry and provide insights to improve services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a telecaller, preferably in a coaching institution.
- Excellent communication skills in English and [mention local languages, if required, e.g., Hindi, Assamese].
- Strong persuasion and counseling skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in handling admissions for APPSC, APSSB, TGT, or PGT coaching courses.
- Knowledge of competitive exam preparation processes and student needs.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
