**Job Summary**:As a Telecaller at our Maruti Suzuki service center call center, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our service center.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:Receive incoming calls from customers in a polite and professional manner.
Listen to customer inquiries and concerns attentively.
Provide accurate information about Maruti Suzuki service center services, including maintenance, repairs, and pricing.

**Appointment Scheduling**:Assist customers in scheduling service appointments.
Coordinate with the service center's schedule to ensure timely appointments and efficient workflow.
Confirm appointment details with customers and provide reminders as needed.

**Problem Resolution**:Address customer complaints or concerns effectively and seek solutions within the service center's policies and guidelines.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay up-to-date on Maruti Suzuki vehicle models, service packages, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Understand and explain warranty terms and conditions.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and appointments in the call center database.

**Customer Follow-up**:Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient call center operations.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone etiquette.

Good knowledge of Maruti Suzuki vehicles and their services.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic computer skills for data entry and customer database management.

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Working Hours: 9AM to 6:30 PM, One day week off, Working Days: 7.**
