Abcoffee- Retail Trainer

**Role -** Retail Trainer

**Experience -** 2-5 years

**Location -** Delhi / Mumbai

**Working Mode -** 6 days, WFO

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute training programs for our production and service staff, including designing curriculum, materials, and assessments.
- Deliver training sessions on coffee production and service, including brewing methods, espresso preparation, and latte art, among others.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and continuously improve the quality of our coffee training programs.
- Develop and maintain training records and track employee progress, ensuring that all staff are trained to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, service, and marketing, to ensure that coffee training programs align with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in coffee production and service, and incorporate new techniques and practices into training programs.
- Develop relationships with coffee industry professionals and participate in coffee competitions and events to further develop knowledge and skills.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to coffee production and service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as coffee science, culinary arts, or hospitality management.
- 2-10 yrs experience (IHM/management trainee prefered)
- Should be fluent with English communication, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of coffee beans, industry, and overall understanding of the coffee ecosystem.
- At least 5 years of experience in the coffee industry, including experience in coffee production and service and coffee training.
- Experience in designing and delivering coffee training programs, with a deep knowledge of coffee production and service techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Passion for coffee education, with the ability to inspire and engage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering the highest quality coffee experience to our customers.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to coffee production and service.
