**Job Title: Retail Sales Trainer**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Training Program Development**:

- Design, develop, and update training programs for retail sales trainees.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive exercises.
- Ensure training content aligns with company goals, product knowledge, and sales strategies.

2. **Sales Techniques and Customer Service Training**:

- Provide hands-on training in effective sales techniques, including upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building.
- Train sales associates on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns.

3. **Product Knowledge Enhancement**:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance product knowledge among sales associates.
- Conduct regular training sessions on new product releases, features, and benefits.

4. **Role-Playing and Simulation Exercises**:

- Organize role-playing and simulation exercises to allow sales associates to practice and refine their sales skills.
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching during exercises.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
