Delhi, India IACT Education Full time

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and professional trainers to be a
part of us, and willing to give his/ her best to YUVA - Delhi Police's Prestigious,
Skill Development Initiative. This is a unique program to work within the police
urgently for different locations in Delhi.

Applicants must have at least one-two years' experience. Provide quality training
especially focus on
- Exemplary Customer Service, Inventory, and Stock
- Planning, Visual Merchandising, POS, Compliance and Ethics, and Store
- Required Profile of Trainer:

- Preference will be given to TOT Certified Trainer.
- Experienced required in Retail Sales or similar job role.
- Required Communicative Excellence.
- Updated Knowledge & Ability to explore the different Training Methodologies.
- Presentable & Motivator.
- Extensive knowledge of teaching principles and modern training techniques.
- Understanding of Training Cycle in totality.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
