Key Responsibilities ConductSales and Product Trainingfor Dealership Sales Consultants. DeliverSoft Skills Trainingfor dealership manpower. Ensure completion and certification of trainings as per OEM standards. DeliverNew Product Launch Trainingsand plan training budgets. Conduct sessions throughclassroom and digital learning modes . DeliverCompetitive Brand KnowledgeandOn-the-Job Sales Training . Conductmarket visitsto competitor brands and create training content based on insights. Follow up with DSEs for e-learning course completion. Maintain training effectiveness with at least70% DSE passing percentage . Achieve monthlyman-day training targetsas defined by OEM.
