**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to event completion.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client visions, preferences, and expectations to deliver personalized experiences.
**Project Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal teams design, production, operations, and vendors to ensure client requirements are communicated clearly.
- Prepare and present event proposals, mood boards, and presentations tailored to client briefs.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and milestones throughout the event planning process.
**Client Meetings & Communication**:
- Organize and lead regular client meetings, calls, and updates.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on event concepts, trends, and luxury experiences.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
**On-ground Management**:
- Be present on event days to manage client expectations and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure event setups align with client approvals.
- Manage last-minute client requests and troubleshoot in real-time.
**Budget & Documentation**:
- Assist in preparing event budgets and ensure transparency with clients regarding costs.
- Oversee contracts, approvals, and documentation related to client deliverables.
**Post-Event Servicing**:
- Manage post-event feedback, thank-you communication, and client retention strategies.
- Assist in generating referrals, testimonials, and future business opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of client servicing experience, preferably in luxury weddings, premium events, or hospitality.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint / Keynote, and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
