Duties:
- Conduct sales activities to generate new business and meet sales targets
- Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products or services
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Jewellery showroom.
- Fluent in English and Tamil, both written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
