**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Taking care of the patients on arrival to the hospital.
- Respective language translation.
- Assist patients in billing and other hospital formalities.
- Taking the patients to FRRO (Foreigner Regional Registration Office) for various formalities.
- Co-ordinate with the doctors for consultation followed by admission if required.
- Co-ordinate with the clinical & non clinical departments.
- To check the visa details of the patients and inform the concerned person for Registration if required.
- Update the statistics reports about the patient on a daily basis.
- Follow-up with mails & Co-ordination with doctors for opinion.
- Sending Medical updates to Health care facilitators / Ministry of health & others - for referred patient being treated at hospital.
