**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Engagement**:

- Greet guests as they arrive and ensure they are promptly seated.
- Proactively approach guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond to guest requests and special requirements, ensuring an excellent experience.
- Address guest complaints, issues, and feedback with a positive attitude, ensuring swift resolution.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide personalized recommendations on the menu, specials, and drinks based on guests’ preferences.
- Ensure all guests receive outstanding service from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times to enhance guest interaction.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and provide services that exceed their expectations.
- **Guest Feedback & Complaints Handling**:

- Handle guest feedback and complaints efficiently and with professionalism, escalating issues to management if necessary.
- Document guest feedback and concerns to identify areas for improvement.
- Follow up with guests after their visit (if needed) to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
- **Reservations & Guest Records**:

- Manage reservations and ensure that seating arrangements are made efficiently.
- Maintain and update guest profiles, recording preferences and special requests for personalized service.
- Ensure the reservation system is well-organized and confirms bookings in a timely manner.
- **Promotions & Loyalty Programs**:

- Promote restaurant events, special offers, and loyalty programs to guests.
- Encourage repeat business by informing guests about upcoming promotions, seasonal menus, and events.
- Track loyalty program sign-ups and assist with creating personalized experiences for returning customers.
- **Collaboration with Staff**:

- Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in coordinating special requests, like dietary restrictions or celebrations (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries).
- Ensure that all team members are informed of guest preferences to deliver exceptional service.
- **Ambience & Cleanliness**:

- Ensure the restaurant environment is welcoming, clean, and conducive to a great guest experience.
- Make sure the décor, lighting, and music contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and presentation, ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
