**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Online Sales**: Manage and boost sales through various online channels including e-commerce platforms, social media, and digital marketing.
- **Customer Engagement**: Respond to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and offer suitable products/services.
- **Lead Generation**: Handle both inbound and outbound sales leads, converting prospects into customers.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in the execution of online promotions, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies to drive revenue.
- **Database Management**: Maintain a detailed database of interactions, leads, and customer information to ensure effective follow-ups.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize product listings, content, and sales tactics.
**Key Skills Required**:
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong customer service and engagement skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
- **Digital Awareness**: Basic understand**i**ng of e-commerce platforms, online sales processes, and digital marketing.
- **Target-Driven**: Ability to work under targets and stay motivated to achieve sales goals.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using computers and CRM tools for lead tracking and communication.
- **Positive Attitude**: Energetic, confident, and persuasive phone manner with a professional approach.
**Educational Qualification**:
- **Any Graduate** (preferred but not mandatory).
