Shifts:

- **Female:

- 6:00 Am to 8:00 Pm ( Any 9 Hrs )**

**Males:

- Day /Night Rotational (Any 9 Hrs)**

Salary:

- **21k to 25k**

Decent Hike On last drawn Salary
- **Requirements**_
- Graduation.
- Minimum one year experience in BPO.
- **Good English communication.**
- Should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Looking for immediate joiners.
- Work from office only
- **Job Roles & Responsibilities**:_

2. Providing product or service information and addressing customer concerns.

3. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.

4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.

5. Building strong relationships with customers for Maintaining customer satisfaction.
