**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** to assist customers with queries, follow-ups, and service feedback.
- Resolve customer issues related to **bookings, services, or products**, and ensure a high satisfaction rate.
- Perform **courtesy, reminder, and feedback calls** for existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Work as part of a **shift-based support team**, including weekends and holidays.
- Meet **daily and weekly performance KPIs** (e.g., call quality, response time, resolution rate).

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years of experience in **customer support or outbound calling** (preferably travel/transport).
- Excellent communication in **English ,Hindi,** and **Marathi**(optional)
- Comfortable with **rotational shifts**, including weekends.
- Confident in making **outbound sales or service calls** as needed.
- Good problem-solving skills and customer empathy.
- Familiarity with **CRM or ticketing tools**.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in **B2C support roles**:

- Quick learner with adaptability to tools and processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,573.68 - ₹20,517.59 per month
