**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and resolving their inquiries efficiently and effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide prompt and accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Identify and escalate urgent issues to relevant departments
- Build strong relationships with customers and enhance customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Good listening and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
