**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries related to trucking and personal insurance policies. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Policy Assistance**: Provide information on trucking and personal insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to management as needed.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- **Policy Management**: Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and changes.
- **Education**: Educate clients on best practices for insurance coverage and claims.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance our services.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred-BBA, B.COM, MBA, etc.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or trucking industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, particularly in trucking and personal insurance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
