**Product Owner Within PACE**

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Product Owner to join our team.

Being part of a diverse multi-disciplinary global team, you will collaborate with other disciplines within the team to shape the Product Vision, generate ideas, innovate solutions and options, design experiments and concepts, create Minimum Viable Products and harvest Business Value.

PACE (P&L and Accounting Engines) is a 400+ person global, diverse and award winning team, who partners with our business in investment banking and treasury finance to create propositions and solutions to delight our users through-out the value chain, starting in T+1 Product Control and providing the necessary information to the General Ledger from Transaction and Hedge Accounting.

**Your key responsibilities**

In close collaboration with Product Management, Users, Business, Architecture and Agile Teams
- Understand the needs and gains of our customers, the user journeys and be confident to present to stakeholders
- Research, working with customers and teams to generate solution options to customer needs & issues including associated costs and benefits, with emphasis on maximising the value delivered
- Define and shaping the Product Vision, Strategy, Roadmap and Backlog, crafting & elaborating the artefacts needed to create flow of value
- Find creative ways to elicit needs and information in a global and remote working environment

In addition, support improving the team mindset and skills in Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Product Thinking.

**Your skills and experience**

Skills and experiences which are seen as being vital to the success of this role are:

- Genuine passion about Product Thinking / mindset and a desire to do what is best for the End User / Customer, and Deutsche Bank
- Experience with Lean Start-up and/or Design Thinking processes and techniques for example User Persona’s, User Journey, Minimum Viable Products / Experiments, Empathy Maps etc
- Experience with Product Management processes & techniques for example product vision & strategy, roadmaps, product analytics, user surveys, user interview, user experience testing, design and wireframing, Impact Mapping, Story Mapping, Story writing & splitting etc
- Working in Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban) and being able to work at scale in an Agile and distributed environment
- Experience supporting and/or facilitating workshops, focus groups or forums
- Ability to work globally across multiple locations and work independently
- Good written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills

**Other useful skills / experience**
- Day to day product management (all aspects including at portfolio level / budgets)
- Customer needs collation & artefacts to support an lean-agile delivery as well as artefacts to other non-agile technology teams
- Technical knowledge / experience such as database entity models, SQL, use case analysis, BPM notation
- Knowledge / experience of Feature Mapping and/or Behaviour Driven Development and other Lean-Agile analysis practices
