**Job Title**:Agile Product Owner

**Location: Pune**

**Role Description - Summary**:
The Agile Product Owner is accountable for maximising the value of products delivered with their multidisciplinary agile team, the products may be purely IT-technical, non-technical or a combination.
They are the primary interface to internal and external customers, users and stakeholders, being accountable for the product vision, delivery roadmap, product backlog and the realisation of the agreed product outcomes, meeting relevant quality parameters.
The Product Owner aligns scope and priorities to relevant strategic goals and requirements of customers, users, stakeholders and their team. In defining priorities, they use a combination of value, delivery effort and dependency information, ensuring value is delivered as early as possible and maximised overall.
They are a constant source of guidance and review feedback for their agile team and stakeholders, they also sign-off work products completed by the agile team.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Learn - Understand what our customers and competitors are doing and why
- Streamline processes - Identify and document best practices that our teams rely on to release with the highest quality and on schedule
- Own schedules - Develop schedules and own all commitments and operational plans
- Become and remain proficient in all programs necessary to perform the everyday duties of this position
- Suggest test process improvements based on incident trends
- Monitor and control tests being performed on all projects under the responsible program portfolio
- Provide leadership in a matrix environment - which may or may not include direct reports
- Be the key person leading quality design and implementation of high quality deliverables
- Develop an end to end automation strategy in line with the strategic vision and product roadmap
- Enable feature squads with COE and shared services competencies
