**About this team**:
The Corporate Business Architecture team provides employees with tools to help them develop, sell and implement FinTech solutions to FIS clients. We digitally transform the efficiency and effectiveness of how FIS employees get their work done through FIS' Future Forward Program.

**What you will be doing**:

- Develop PPM Product Strategy through collaboration among key stakeholders representing different functions across multiple lines of businesses.
- Defining business problem statements with feedback from our clients and developing solutions to address key business problems.
- Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams and other stakeholders.
- Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines user stories with Scrum teams.
- Creates Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams.
- Monitors the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders, as requested.
- Leads planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity of systems up and downstream from Planview PPM such as Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM; Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Expertise in Portfolio and Project management and agile delivery approaches including Kanban, SCRUM, and SAFe.
- Proficiency in work management tools such as Jira, Aha, ServiceNow.
- Strong critical thinking, decision making, negotiation, organization, prioritization, time management, analytical and people skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts.
