**Job Title
- **_Agile Product Owner _**

**Location - Pune**

**Role Description**
- The ESG Services Agile Product Owner will be accountable for maximising the value of products delivered by the multi-disciplinary feature team(s) delivering the Eden product _
- They are the primary interface to internal and external customers, users and stakeholders, being accountable for the product vision, delivery roadmap, product backlog and the realisation of the agreed product outcomes, meeting relevant quality parameters. _
- The Product Owner aligns scope and priorities to relevant strategic goals and requirements of customers, users, stakeholders and their team. In defining priorities, they use a combination of value, delivery effort and dependency information, ensuring value is delivered as early as possible and maximised overall. _
- They are a constant source of guidance and review feedback for their agile team and stakeholders, they also sign-off work products completed by the agile team. _

**Your key responsibilities**
- Own product backlog for one or more teams to deliver ESG services such as ESG deal classification, ESG Taxonomy management, integration with front office systems, data quality control features, distribution of results to consumers
- Build deep relationships with users and customers in order to elicit requirements, shape the product vision, roadmap and release backlog, and drive adoption
- Work with UI and UX specialists to ensure the Eden product provides an exceptional user experience
- Work with product director, architecture and engineering leadership to define and drive product strategy and execution
- Support transition to a scaled agile framework as the product grows
- Act as an expert voice on sustainability matters with the development teams

**Your skills and experience**

Primary Skills:
Product Ownership and management, Corporate Sustainability, Sustainable Finance, Scrum Methodologies, Agile tools (eg JIRA, Confluence), Presentational skills

Good to have:
Functional and data architecture skills
