**About the role**

As a Product Owner you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, Architects to design, build, implement and test quality technical or functional solutions. As part of the delivery team you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks and invests.

**What you will be doing**
- Play a pivotal role in implementing Asset Finance (AAF) Solution and its various modules
- Perform client requirements gathering workshops, put together statements of work (SoWs) and project plans, perform data mapping /requirements workshops, assist clients in performing data validation and reconciliation testing, system integration testing and UAT
- Deliver training and presentations and create bespoke custom documentation to suit the client’s needs
- Assist pre-sales in preparing and delivering product presentations and demos to prospective clients
- Support sales organization and process with specific market/domain expertise and product knowledge
- Research client needs, analyzing trends and best practices and creating detailed program specifications
- Gain a thorough understanding of product strategy, market, industry, and client goals.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.
- Maintain a product roadmap and prioritize development initiatives
- Articulate product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams.
- Manage backlog of user stories for one or more projects/features.
- Establish user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams.
- Create Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams.
- Monitor the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders as requested.
- Lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.
- Interact with product owners and product managers to define/translate requirements and modifications into product designs

**What you will bring**
- At least 15 plus years of experience in product management, design and/or development of software products and services for the Auto, Leasing & Lending (Commercial, Retail, Auto Finance, Asset Finance) domain with strong track record of progressive experience and responsibility.
- Experience with product management principles and methodologies; experience in software development lifecycle, release management and change management.
- Experience with agile delivery approaches including Kanban, SCRUM, and SAFe.
- Acumen in business, technology, and analytical capabilities.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a variety of levels within the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and TestRail.
- Positive team-oriented attitude.
